Sound of Music

Something wonderful that I saw and experienced each day when I was at Germany was the music in the air.... People played Guitars, Harps, Drums...sang lovely songs every evening on the streets of Heidelberg, Munich & Paris. It was just lovely to sit and listen to the unadulterated music. Music was all around...some pics.....

Ye jo desh hai tera....

I am away from homeland. I carried my walkman with me. I bought this on the day of my Birthday (the first one after I started earning). The walkman is very dear to me. I don't know what made me not to carry many cassettes with me. .. just have a few with me.......my most favourite ones.. Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, MLTR, Swades... that song.. 'Ye jo Desh Hai Tera'.....is awesome.
We had gone out on a small picnic near to Bangalore....Swades was played over and over again and it made me like the songs more and more.
Perfect blend....nice catchy tune in Yuni Chala chal, soft romantic number Dekho na and 'Ye jo desh hai tera' brings that feeling in u which can't be explained.. Nice album!

MLTR

MLTR... Michael Learns to Rock... It was long back when i listened to MLTR, i loved it in the first instance, "Paint my Love" was then a major hit and thatz where i started liking their music...soft melodies, lyrics which could be understood by me!!! was what i really loved about the band. http://www.mltr.dk/ .. their official website is so beautifully designed.. take a look!!! I have been listening to the track 'Woh Lamhe' (The remix version), such a lovely track. I loved the lyrics, the beats are too good. it must have been more than 20 times that i have repeated the song!
